How do credits work?
Credits are deducted when you click "Generate" on any AI-powered workflow. Each workflow has a fixed credit cost based on the AI compute behind it — from 1 credit for a simple background removal to 8 credits for a cinematic product reveal. The cost is always shown before you click. Free tools never use credits.
What happens if my render fails?
If a render fails due to a server or API error, your credits are automatically refunded. You'll see the refund in your transaction history immediately. If the render completed but the output is wrong or corrupt, use the "Report issue" button on your render history to request a review.
How do I report a bad render?
Go to your Account → Render History tab. Find the render and click "Report issue." We'll automatically check if the file is missing, corrupt, or suspiciously small. If we confirm the issue, credits are refunded instantly. Otherwise, we'll review it manually and get back to you.
Can I re-download my previous renders?
Yes. All successful renders are permanently saved to your account. Visit your Render History to download any past render at any time.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Go to Account → Subscription tab and click "Manage Subscription." This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can upgrade, downgrade, update payment methods, or cancel. Credits remain usable until the end of your billing period.
Do unused credits roll over?
Starter credits expire at month end. Studio credits roll over for 60 days. Pro credits roll over indefinitely while your plan is active.
What file formats do I get?
Image workflows output high-resolution PNG or JPEG. Video workflows output MP4. Audio workflows output MP3 or WAV. SVG workflows output scalable vector files. All formats are ready for commercial use.
Do I own the commercial rights to my output?
Yes — full commercial rights on all plans. Use your output in ads, social media, print, e-commerce listings, and any marketing material. No attribution required.
I'm not a designer. Can I use this?
That's exactly who AIFI is built for. There are no prompts to write, no settings to tune, no AI knowledge required. Upload your product photo, choose a workflow, and the system handles everything. Most users get their first result in under 2 minutes.
What are free tools?
Tools that don't call any AI model run entirely in your browser. They cost us nothing, so they cost you nothing — forever. Use them to build comparisons, preview layouts, and prepare assets. When you're ready for AI-powered generation, credits kick in.
